The WMRR elves were hard a work the day after Thanksgiving creating a float for the Berlin Parade of Lights.  The club had a theme similar to last year with a groomer pulling a drag that was pulling a trailer.  There was a Christmas tree mounted on the drag surrounded by sign posts that had carved wooden trail signs were pointing to towns in the Berlin area.  On the trailer there were some vintage sleds and some new sleds.  The groomer, the drag and the trailer were all covered in Christmas lights.

Volunteers who put the float together included George Falardeau, Nate Falardeau, Mike Roy and Scott Riendeau.  The groomer was driven in the parade by George Falardeau and candy canes were given out along the parade route by Scott Riendeau.

Here are some pictures taken during the parade:

The club's new groomer heading up Rt.16 through downtown Berlin.   Smith and Town Printers got the groomer lettered up with the club logo and
website address just in time for the parade.

The drag featured a Christmas tree, 4 signposts with signs pointing to surrounding towns and lots of lights.
A snowmobile video is playing on the screen in front of the tree.

The trailer featured three new and three old sleds trimmed with light-up snowflakes.  A trailer ball was fitted to the drop-down wheel assembly
on the back of the drag.  The entire float was just over 80' in length.
