The Pittsburg Fire Station, in conjunction with N.H. Fish and Game, hosted a snowmobile rescue training last Saturday that was open to all the NNHFMAD members and affiliated EMS units.

Sandy Young of the Pittsburg Fire Station explains to those in attendance all of the different items
that Pittsburg Fire and Rescue bring with them on a call.

N.H. Fish and Game Sgt. Wayne Saunders explains to the group why this particular rescue device is less desirable
for use on patients on rescue missions.

A truck owned by the North Country Emergency Response Team of the Hazmat and weapons of mass destruction
response team  was also on site at the PFD for the snowmobile training session last Saturday.

Editors Comment: The Northern N.H. Mutual Aid UTV was purchased by the WMRR club and is being used by several cities and towns for remote rescues in the Berlin area.
